popular consumer brands and restaurant chains. We are looking for and will train
the right individual to join our team as a MILLER in our 24/7 flour milling facility.
The job of the MILLER is to:

  • Manage, monitor, and adjust the milling process to create high-quality flour while enhancing high extraction rates and minimizing downtime.
  • Understand and manage the process software and computer system.
  • Monitor multiple floors of the milling facility to ensure production is running smoothly.
  • Submit samples of each product to the laboratory for testing.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation that matches company and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate any problems with production equipment or sanitation issues.
Millers must have certain skills and strengths to do their job effectively, which include:
  • Good technical and mechanical competence.
  • Strong computer expertise.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and ladders.
  • Working independently.
Starting wage is $20-$22 per hr

Hours:  3pm-11pm or 11pm – 7am
